What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
There is a maximum 50lb fully grown weight limit. No vicious breeds are allowed. No exotic pets are allowed.

How many pets may I have?
There is a maximum of two pets per apartment home; weight of both pets cannot exceed 50lbs fully grown. Any pet in the home for any length of time requires applicable fees, deposits, and pet rent.

Are there any deposits, special fees or monthly charges?
Yes, please contact us to verify our current rates, pet deposits, pet fees, and pet rent. The $50 application fee and the $175 administration fee is for every apartment leased and is a non-refundable fee. The security deposit varies by floor plan and is refundable.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Any general security deposits listed on the first page of the lease contract or on applicable addendums may be refundable subject to the terms of move-out. Any pending charges may be deducted from the deposits upon move-out.

If I get a job transfer can I break the lease?
The lease contract does not allow a responsible party to break the lease for any reason. If a lease is broken, all applicable fees outlined in the lease contract will apply. Per the lease, no subletting is allowed either. We recommend contacting us to review your contract should this issue arise.

What utilities are included in my lease?
Only those utilities listed on the first page of the lease contract will be paid by the property. All others are the responsibility of the resident and must remain active through the entire executed lease term.

How long is the term of the lease?
The lease term will be selected at the time of application. Lease terms are generally 1-12 months, subject to availability.

Do you accept leases for short terms?
Yes, please call for pricing on short term leases.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Per the lease contract, all requests for maintenance must be submitted in writing. Emails are accepted. Not only is this practice outlined in the lease contract, it is highly recommended, as a paper trail of requests benefits both management and the resident.

When is my rent payment due?
Rent is always due on the first of the month. Any grace period thereafter will be outlined in the lease contract. A grace period designates the amount of days from the first (when rent is always due) to the time that late fees will commence.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
See the question above. This day is designated in the lease contract.

Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
Checks mailed from the bank are accepted, as is standard for most banks who offer an online bill-pay program. No direct debits or credits to bank accounts are accepted at this time.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
There is a drop box located at the main office in which rent may be submitted after hours. Please be advised that any rent submitted after midnight on the last day of a grace period will be subject to late fees.

There is a person who might be staying with me for awhile. Is that permitted by the lease?
The lease contract designates the length of time that a guest may stay in a leased apartment home – either consecutively or in total during a month – before they will be required to be added to the lease as a responsible party.

Do you have reserved parking?
Yes, all covered and garage parking is reserved and assigned. All uncovered and top level garage parking is unassigned.

I have a motorcycle. Where can I park it?
A motorcycle may be parked in any uncovered or assigned parking space within legal limits.

My children live with me in the summer. Do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Anyone over the age of 18 staying longer than the consecutive or total days in a month must be added as a responsible resident, per the terms of the lease contract. If anyone under the age of 18 not previously listed on a lease contract causes the home to exceed its maximum allowable occupants per the community’s occupancy standards, this must be reported to the office as well. Generally, the length of time is 7 days.

Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
A satellite may be installed per the guidelines set forth in the lease contract.

Do you have cable services?
Cable is not offered via management. Cable service may be obtained from outside vendors.

Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
Packages will be accepted per the terms set forth in the Greystar Master Addendum.

Do you offer online rent payments?
Yes. We offer online rent payments with checking accounts or credit cards. This feature is available through the community website.

Where do I register to Vote?
Generally, the Texas Department of Transportation offices provide form postcards that may be mailed in to the applicable government agency at no cost to the mailer.
